Hannah K. Fox | Playback Theatre, Dance, Yoga + Positional Therapy | Hudson Valley, NY

Playback Theatre is a social action theatre technique in which participants tell life stories and then see them enacted on stage. It is a form of dialogue and empathy-building. It is now practiced in over 70 countries around the world in theaters, classrooms, hospitals, shelters, prisons, and community centers.

Hannah is a senior Playback Theatre trainer and has been on the faculty of the Centre for Playback Theatre teaching Playback internationally for 25 years. She is the founder of Big Apple Playback Theatre (est. 2002) and artistic director and founder of Pangea Playback Theatre, an international multi-cultural Playback company that offers performances and workshops both in person and online. Hannah is the daughter of the founders of Playback Theatre, Jonathan Fox and Jo Salas.

Hannah offers training to established Playback companies as well as introductory workshops for new Playback Theatre companies and groups. The trainings range from one day to one week long.
